22. Ensuring that transfer process doesn't result in a tribal and backward area being left with out Head Master Grade II/Mandal Educational Officer.
- While effecting transfers, the Committee should ensure that the schools in the tribal and backward areas not left without Head Masters Grade II/Mandal Educational Officers.
