Section 2(g) in The M.P. Dakaiti Aur Vyapharan Prabhavit Kshetra Adhiniyam, 1981
(g)words and expressions used but not defined in this Act and defined in the Code, shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Code or as the case may be, in the Indian Penal Code (XLV of 1860).
