Section 96(1) in Delhi Co-operative Societies Act, 1972
(1)The Lieutenant-Governor shall, as soon as may be after the commencement of this Act, constitute a common service comprising of officers and other employees of different classes of co-operative societies and shall determine the number and designation of such officers and other employees.
