Section 20(4) in THE UTTAR PRADESH VINDHYA DHAM TEERTH VIKAS PARISHAD ACT, 2021
(4)If any question arises whether the modification proposed to be made are modifications which affect important character of the Plan, it shall be decided by the Parishad whose decision thereon shall be final.
