Section 2(x) in The Bihar Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Tribunal (Constitution and Procedure) Rules, 2002
(x)'Opposite Party' means respondents to an appeal or an application and shall include an authority whose orders are proposed to be taken in an appeal;
