Section 8(1) in The Maharashtra State Board Of Nursing And Paramedical Education Act, 2013
(1)The Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, establish the Governing Council which shall be an apex body to control and monitor the matters pertaining to Diploma Level Nursing and Paramedical Education and examination at the State level.
