Section 88 in The Bihar Motor Vehicles Rules, 1992
88. Production of permit.
- The permit shall always be kept with the vehicle and the driver or other person in charge of a vehicle shall produce the permit, on demand by any officer of the Motor Vehicle Department of and above the rank of an Assistant Inspector of Motor Vehicles or any Police Officer not below the rank of a Sub-Inspector of Police.
