Section 7(1) in Andhra Pradesh Regulation of Admissions into Under Graduate Professional courses in Planning and Architecture (B. Arch, B. Planning and other related courses) Rules, 2006
(1)The part of the State comprising the districts of Adilabad, Hyderabad (IncludingTwin Cities) Ranga Reddy, Karimnagar, Khammam, Medak, Mahaboobnagar, Nalgonda, Nizamabad and Warangal shall be regarded as the Local Area for the purpose of admission to the Osmania University, the Kakatiya University and the Telangana University and to any other educational institutions (other than State wide University or State wide educational institution) which is subject to the control of the State Government and is situated in that part.
