1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

2. Issue notice.

3. Shri Anurag Ahluwalia, CGSC accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and prays for four weeks' time to file the status report.

4. Mr. Dayan Krishnan, learned senior counsel, on the other hand, submits that the petitioners are in illegal detention after 31.05.2022 and, therefore, this court may consider granting earliest possible date for further consideration of the matters.

5. Keeping in view the submissions made by the learned senior counsel, this court finds it appropriate to grant two weeks' time to the learned CGSC to file the status report.
