Section 81(5) in The Orissa Co-operative Societies Act, 1962
(5)The provisions contained in this Chapter, which are applicable to mortgages executed in favour of a [State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank] [Substituted by Orissa Act No. 23 of 1994 Section 5.], shall mutatis mutandis, apply to mortgages executed or deemed to be executed in favour of the [State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank] [Substituted by Orissa Act No. 23 of 1994 Section 5.] under Sub-Section (4).
