13. Disclosure of information.
(1)The Authority, having regard to the interest of the subscribers may, have the right to disclose to the public, of the information on the application made by the applicant.(2)Any material change in the information furnished to the Authority while making the application for empanelment or subsequently shall be intimated to the Authority by the annuity service provider promptly but not later than thirty days of the occurrence of such change.
