Section 16(2) in Assam Science & Technology University Act, 2009
(2)On dates to be fixed by the Vice-Chancellor the Court shall meet at least twice a year at the interval of about 6 months. The first meeting in the year is to he called and treated as the Annual General Meeting, in which the annual statement of accounts, the audit report and the budget of the University for the next financial year, together with the views of the Executive Council shall be presented.
