Section 2(1)(i) in U.P. Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2018

(i)"Illegal transportation" means transportation or caused to be transporated of any mineral otherwise than in,accordance with the provisions of the Act and rules made thereunder;
