Section 28(1) in Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2002
(1)All the records of the proceeding including documents, statements, photographs, recordings whether audio or video, shall be exclusive property of the Commission and can not be copied, printed, screened, published, quoted or broadcasted without prior and written approval of the Commission.
