After hearing learned counsel for the respondents and considering that this revision is filed against acquittal, IA No. 6653/2015 is allowed. The appearance of respondent no.1 to 6 before this Court is exempted subject to their appearance before the CJM, Sagar initially on 13/06/2015 and on such other subsequent dates as may be fixed by that court in this regard.
