State of Odisha - Subsection

Section 554(1)(a) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003

(a)keep in or upon any premises, for any purpose whatsoever, -
(i)any articles as may be specified in the rules framed under this Act; and
(ii)any article as may be specified in the rules made under this Act in excess of the quantity of such articles which may at any one time be kept in or upon the same premises without a license;
