Section 70(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu (Excise Duty) Rules, 1964
(1)The juice from the cashew fruit shall be extracted only under the authority of a licence in Form E-22 granted by the Excise Inspector of the Taluka in which the cashew groves are situated.
