(x)[ "hill areas" has the same meaning as in the Darjeeling Gorkha Autonomous Hill Council Act, 1988;] [[Clause (x) first substituted by W.B. Act 18 of 1988, then again substituted by W.B. Act 19 of 2004. Previous clause (x) was as under :-
