Section 29A(1) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 2001
(1)Notwithstandinganything contained elsewhere in this Act, the Registrar may issue general directions regarding the service conditions of the employees of a society or a class of societies in the interest of smooth functioning of societies and the general welfare of their employees.
