(1)The Musajjil (Registrar) shall be appointed in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes.(2)The Musajjil (Registrar) shall have the power to enter into agreements, sign documents and authenticate records on behalf of the University and shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
