Section 38(13) in The State Bank Of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959
(13)The provisions of this section shall apply in relation to the acquisition by one subsidiary bank of the business, including the assets and liabilities, of another subsidiary bank as they apply in 201 relation to the acquisition by a subsidiary bank of the business, including the assets and liabilities, of any other banking institution.
