Section 17(4) in Telangana State Council of Higher Education Act, 1988
(4)The annual accounts of the Council together with the audit report thereon shall be forwarded to the Government and the Government shall cause the same to be laid before the [Legislature] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.5, Higher Education (UE) Department, dated 02.08.2014.] of the State and shall also forward a copy of the Audit report to the Council for taking suitable action on the matters arising out of the audit report.
