(1)The Municipality shall take necessary steps for-(a)promotion of urban forestry,(b)creation of public parks and gardens, and planting of trees,(c)provision of parks and playgrounds for children and youth,(d)provision of street-side gardens,(e)encouragement of nurseries, and(f)organization of flower shows.
