1 The present petition is fled under section 29-A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking an extension of time to complete the arbitral proceedings and pass an Award. 2 The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent has fairly stated that the respondent has no objection if the time is so extended.

4 The Arbitration Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 5 This order shall be digitally signed by the Private Secretary/Personal Assistant of this Court. All concerned shall act on production by fax or e-mail of a digitally signed copy of this order.
