Section 26 in Punjab Detenus (Conditions of Detention) Order, 1974
26. Applications and representations.
(1)Detenus shall submits their applications or representations to Government in duplicate. One copy of such application or representation shall be detained by the Superintendent to deal with future references.(2)The Superintendent shall withhold applications or representations addressed to Government by detenus which are couched in disrespectful or discourteous language.
