Section 20(5) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licencing for Transmission of Electricity) Regulations, 2007
(5)If any difference or dispute arises as to whether the person is entitled to undertake transmission of electricity as a Licensee under these Regulations, the decision thereon of the Commission shall be final.
