identification of site to dump solid waste in Thazhambur and take necessary
action against the respondents for their dereliction of duties.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to identify the site to dump the solid waste in Thazhambur Village and to remove the garbage dumped in the private land.
2. The Block Development Officer, Thiruporur Panchayat Union informed this Court that the garbages dumped in the private land has already been removed and separate site at S.No.80/6 for dumping garbage and solid waste has been identified and dumped. Once in every 15 days, the panchayat remove the garbage from the garbage yard in S.No.80/6 of Thazhambur village and transported to the centralized garbage yard at Singaperumal Koil, Kolathur Village.
3. It is seen from the photographs furnished by the petitioner in the typed set, the garbages are littered around the high tension towers.
Now the photograph and FMB sketch furnished by the respondent indicates those garbages have been removed. The 4th respondent has said that they 2/4 http://www.judis.nic.in W.P.No.18234 of 2019 have identified the garbage yard at Thazhambur village and there is no garbage and solid waste in the private property as stated in the writ affidavit.
4. In the light of the subsequent development in the matter, this Court recording the statement of the 4th respondent, direct the 4th respondent and his officials to ensure that dumping of garbage in private land in future avoided.
5. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
No costs.
