32. Functions of the Committee.
(1)It shall be the function of the Committee to fix time that should be allocated for the discussion of the stage or stages of such Bills or other business as are referred to the Committee by the Speaker on a motion made and adopted by the House.[(1-a) It shall also be the function of the Committee to select the Demands for grants/Supplementary Demands for grants for discussion and to fix the dates for such discussion on a motion made and adopted by the House after presentation of the same.(1-b) The Committee shall have such other functions as may be assigned to it by the Speaker from time to time] [Inserted vide O.L.A.
