ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceeding in C.C.No.726 of 2024 pending before IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. The case of the prosecution is that, after the defacto complainant had finished bathing and while the third respondent was on her way to take a bath, the accused were found taking photographs using their mobile phones through the window of the bathroom. Hence, the complaint.
4. On receipt of the complaint, the first respondent registered FIR in Crime No.11 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 354C of IPC and Section 66E of Information Technology Act. After completion of investigation, the first respondent filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance by the Trial Court in C.C.No.726 of 2024.

5. Though the petitioners and the respondents 2 to 5 had entered into compromise, the petitioners had committed very serious offence as against women.
6. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to quash the impugned proceedings in C.C.No.726 of 2024 pending before IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai. The Trial Court is directed to complete the Trial in C.C.No.726 of 2024, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
