Section 14(1) in The Goa Administrative Tribunal Act, 1965
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder and to the previous approval of the State Government, the ["President"] [The word 'Chairman, a member' has been substituted by the word 'President' vide (Amendment) Act, 1996 (Act 4 of 1997).] may make regulations for regulating the practice and procedure before the Tribunal.
