Section 13(3) in Telangana Electricity Reform Act, 1998
(3)["TSTRANSCO"] [APTRANSCO is now renamed as TSTRANSCO in the Telangana State.] shall own the extra high voltage transmission system, shall be responsible for the transmission system operation and shall operate the power system in an efficient manner.
