(1)No male person employed in any capacity in or connected with the jail accommodating female prisoners shall, otherwise than in case of emergency and when called upon so to do by the Deputy Superintendent or a female warder, and then only when accompanied by the Deputy Superintendent, or a female warder, at any time enter any ward, cell, compartment, or other portion of or place in the said jail occupied by any female prisoner.
