श्री रामपाल सिंह (डुमरियागंज): सभापति महोदय, हमारा संसदीय जनपद सिद्धार्थनगर बहुत पिछड़ा जनपद है क्योंकि इस जनपद में बड़ी लाइन न होने के कारण बाहर से कोयला, लोहा, सीमेंट सीधे नहीं आ पाता है और कोई बड़े उद्योग-धंधे नही लग पा रहे हैं। यहां पर गोरखपुर-गोंडा लूप लाइने का नौगढ़ स्टेशन स्थित जरूर है, परन्तु यहां से कोई सीधी ट्रेन लखनऊ, मुम्बई, दिल्ली के लिए उपलब्ध नहीं है। गोरखपुर, गोण्डा लूप लाइन के अमान परिवर्तन के लिये जब से मैं दसवीं लोक सभा में आया हूं, निरंतर प्रयास कर रहा हूं। बराबर यही उत्तर मिलता है कि इस का काम शीघ्र ही क्लीयरेंस प्राप्त के प्रारम्भ किया जायेगा।
योजना आयोग ने इस लाइन का अमान परिवर्तन की स्वीकृति दे दी है। अब रेल मंत्री ने सूचित किया है कि वित्त मामलों की मंत्रिमंडलीय समति से स्वीकृति प्राप्त होने के बाद इस लाइन का काम प्रारम्भ कर दिया जायेगा। इस वर्ष बजट में इस लाइन के कार्य के लिये एक करोड़ रुपये का आबंटन है।
अत: मेरी केन्द्र सरकार से मांग है कि इस लाइन के अमान परिवर्तन वित्तीय मामलों की मंत्रिमंडलीय समति से स्वीकृति कराकर शीघ्र काम शुरु कराया जाये।

सभापति महोदय : ठीक है जब मनिस्टर नहीं थे तो राधाकृष्णन जी मौजूद थे और जब बिल इंट्रोडयूस हुआ तो राधाकृष्णन जी नहीं थे, तब क्या करेंगे?
