Section 1 in The Orissa High Court Right to Information Rules, 2005
1. Short Title and commencement.
- (i) These Rules shall be called "The Orissa High Court Right to Information Rules, 2005."(ii)They shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in the Orissa Gazette.
