Section 14(1) in The 'Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli' Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2015
(1)The returning officer appointed under sub-rule (2) of rule 13 shall, conduct the elections in the manner provided under the Schedule appended to these rules.
