Section 8(1) in Uttarakhand Co-Operative Societies Act, 2003
(1)Where a society is registered under this Act or deemed to be registered under the provision to sub section (1) of section 7, the Registrar shall issue a certificate of registration signed by him which, unless the registration is proved to have been cancelled, shall be conclusive evidence that the society therein mentioned is a co-operative society duly registered under this Act.
