(1)Election of the Bar Council shall be by single transferable vote by and amongst the voters in the Electoral Roll in accordance with these rules.(2)The voters shall cast their votes personally at the booth were he ordinarily practices.Explanation - An advocate shall be deemed ordinarily to practice at the place which is given in his-address in the form of notice under Rule 4 Part III, Ch-I of the Bar Council of India Rules.
