Section 4(3) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003
(3)Where any member of the proposed society is a corporate body, or a local authority then such corporate body or local authority shall duly authorise any person to sign the application for registration on its behalf, and a copy of the resolution giving such authority shall be appended to the application.
