Section 4 in Telangana Medical Practitioners Registration Act, 1968
4. Term of office of elected and nominated members.
- An elected or nominated member o the Council shall hold office for a term of five years from the date of his election or nomination and shall be eligible for re-election or re-nomination, as the case may be.
