Section 4(1) in The National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro-Sciences, Bangalore Regulations, 2013
(1)The President may, at any time call a meeting of the Institute and also shall do so if a requisition for that purpose is presented to him in writing by not less than fifty per cent of members specifying the subject of meeting proposed to be called.
