Section 3(ii) in The Paradip Port Trust (Distraint or Arrest and Sale of Vessels) Regulations, 1988
(ii)"Deputy Conservator" means the officer for the time being in charge of the Marine Department of Paradip Port Trust and includes the Deputies and Assistants to the Deputy Conservator and any other officers acting under the authority of the Deputy Conservator;
