Section 12(1) in Rajasthan State Dental Council Rules, 2008
(1)On the date and at the time appointed by Returning officer for the scrutiny of nomination papers, the candidates and the proposer and Seconder of each candidates may attend the office to the Returning officer, who shall allow them to examine the nomination papers of all the candidates which have been received by him.
