Section 2(aa) in U.P. Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955
(aa)[ exhibition by means of video means an exhibition in public on payment for admission of moving pictures or series of pictures by playing or replaying and [a pre-recorded cassette or any other device, by whatever name called by means of a video cassette player or any other apparatus, by whatever name called.]
