Section 6(1) in The Haryana Municipal Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014
(1)Every street vendor shall give an undertaking to the town vending committee prior to the issue of a certificate of vending under section 5 in such form and manner, as may be prescribed.
