Section 14(4) in Orissa Subordinate Finance Service (Local Fund Audit) Rules, 1995
(4)If during of the end of the extended period of probation a person is found unfit-(i)he shall be reverted to his former post if he is a promotee, or(ii)his service shall be terminated if he is a direct recruit.
