Section 25(2) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Custodian) Regulations, 1996
(2)On receipt of the reply if any, from the [custodian] [Substituted 'custodian of securities' by Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2019/01, dated 1.1.2019 (w.e.f. 16.5.1996).], the Board may call upon the [custodian] [Substituted 'custodian of securities' by Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2019/01, dated 1.1.2019 (w.e.f. 16.5.1996).] to take such measures as the Board may deem fit in the interest of the securities market and for due compliance with the provisions of the Act, the rules framed thereunder and these regulations.
