1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Customs Tariff (Determination of Origin of Goods under the Preferential Trade Agreement between the Transitional Islamic State of Afghanistan and Republic of India) Rules, 2003.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
