                      in Crime No.667 of 2012 on the file of the 1st respondent police and
                      quash the same and to allow the above criminal original petition.

                                                     ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.667 of 2012, on the file of the first respondent police.

2. On 14.08.2018, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the counsel on either side requested to this Court, to place the matter before the Mediation Centre for arriving at amicable settlement.

3.Accordingly, the matter was placed before the Mediation and Conciliation Center attached to this Bench, wherein on 08.10.2018, the following settlement has been arrived at between the parties.

A) The Second respondent has agreed to quash the F.I.R, pending on the file of the first respondent police.

B) Both parties agreed that there will be no claims against each other in future in respect of the issues involved in the F.I.R, in Crime No.667 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent police.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and F.I.R, in Crime No.667 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent police is quashed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
