1. All these appeals under Section 260A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 ("the Act" for short) have been filed challenging the orders passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal.
2. Ms. Mohine Chougule, the learned counsel appearing in support of the appeals, states that she has been instructed to withdraw these appeals. This is for the reason that the tax effect involved in all these appeals is less than the threshold limit of Rs. 50 Lacs as provided in CBDT Circular No. 3 of 2018 dated 11.7.2018.
3. In view of the above submission, the appeals are dismissed as not pressed.
4. Refund of court fees as per rules.
