225. Registration Checkslip
(1) The details of the executants, claimants, nature of the document, description of the property together with its boundaries shall be entered in the computer and a checkslip printed and handed over to the person presenting the document under an acknowledgement. The Checkslip shall be in the format shown in the Appendix XII.(2)The mistakes in spelling or in the description of the property or its boundaries, pointed by the party, in writing and under signature after verification of the checkslip, shall be corrected in the computer and a revised checkslip shall be printed and handed over to the party.
